Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participation involves walking on public streets, sidewalks, parks, and other public spaces. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including, but not limited to, slips, falls, traffic, weather conditions, and other hazards. You agree to release and hold harmless the organizer, guides, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for your own health, safety, equipment, personal belongings, transportation, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations during the event.

Photography & Media Release

Unless you notify the organizer in writing before the event begins, you grant permission for photographs or video taken during the Photo Walk that include your likeness to be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Intellectual Property

All educational materials, route concepts, branding, logos, written content, and instructional methods shared during the Photo Walk remain the intellectual property of the organizer and may not be copied, recorded for commercial use, reproduced, distributed, or taught without prior written permission.

Participants retain full ownership and copyright of the photographs they personally create during the Photo Walk.
